When he doesn't have his glasses, Milhouse can't see properly. To us, his eyes are small, but he could be making them small so he can see. When he wears the glasses, he doesn't have to adjust his vision, so his eyes look normal.

I thought it was crazy in the latest episode, seeing how Lisa was running around after Milhouse and finding everything he did to be so lovely. What a change for both of them!

Definitely! I guess it just felt strange that they were both acting so different. Normally it would be Lisa saying 'no' to Milhouse.
