I was just on a Whedon site today where the question was asked "What is your favorite non-romantic Whedon pairing?" Spike and Dawn were the first pair that sprang to my mind. They had some great scenes together...both funny ones and touching ones.

They were. It was really upsetting during S6, because when Buffy was dead, Spike was the one to look after her and protect her, Buffy comes back alive and suddenly everything is all forgotten...
I just wish the writers did something more their with their friendship. |
