True Detective, well, first season is two detectives looking for a serial killer through the years. Theres Woody Harrelson and Matthew McCoughnahey (I might have mispelt his name). Pretty interesting and not many episodes.

Noragami is about a stray god who looks for aknowledgement and redemption. There are some sad moments because some of the characters are dead but its also pretty funny and the three main characters are adorable.

that sounds like fun. Especially that of a stray god (How does a god get astray? ) But I like detective shows too

No temple so he sleeps in trees, stays uninvited in other gods temples or uninvited at friends home

Its cartoons but the animation is beautiful.

This has been my last obsession for the last few months

Yep. Thats his problem. He does all kind of jobs to get followers too.

Well, one of the charaxters is human and his friend and kinda the first thing that happens is she gets him to help her solve a problem that the god himself kinda help created, so maybe she does?

Hmm, this person should serve as a priest and missionary, to bring his cult into society

But bbeing a priest must be such a boring job. You always have to be a role model :/

But can't the deity help with that? Giving all the help and guidance on how to proceed to live a good life? Taking advice from a god who actually exist might make that a lot easier. assuming, of course, that he actually has any wisdom to impart

The thing is, he is wise. He shows it many times. But he acts very childish so you cant always say. There is this one time I remember, one of the last episodes, when he does that with another god (one of the famous ones)


Its a really good story. You should give it a try
