BTVS & ATS: Lines you can't believe went past the censors
 

Hehe. Guess it's time to visit the past a little bit. I was watching BTVS the other day I kept laughing because there were some really kinky lines I can't believe passed the censors.

One comes to mind:

Anya to Xander: "We have nothing in common except both of us liking your penis"

And then just the other day:

Eve to Angel: "You honestly think you have any control over my comings and goings? Well, maybe not my goings, but you did have a way with my comings at the Halloween party. "

I thought the line should've stopped when she said, "Well, maybe not my goings..." because any person old enough to get the joke could've assumed the rest and it would've been even naughtier than actually saying it.

Spike: "Yeah, but it made you scream."

I don't know if I'm naive, or what [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img], but why is "perhaps 2 or 3 by now" risque'???

Well, given the nature of vampires, Dru being overly sexual maybe the reference has one too many interpretentions and because it has to do with children..

Ugh, too disturbing to go there..

Oh! Isn't strange the Dead Things balcony scene went through and Smashed had to be edited at the end? I mean, DT had an *entire* episode full of dark sex and Smashed had one scene.

I think I would go with the "Hey that's cheating" the words plus the visual (Spike looking down) was good enough for everyone to know what Buffy was doing.
