Vaguememories, you have to PM Bella21 and you'll have been adopted

As for the rest...as we say on the first post:

I want to be adopted, but first, can somebody explain me what being adopted excatly means, and what are my obligations... I'm askin this, because I want to be a good baby...

Well... I'll answer, since I'm the one who's supposed to adopt you. Being adopted= Hhhmm... Well, the person just kinda helps you out and makes you comfortable since you're new to Fan Forum. No obligations (that I know of).
