I wonder how they capture that so well, like do they have a photo of the actress next to them to base features on? No idea how they do it, but appreciate it all the same!

Probably or a frame from the show and base it on that. I don't understand how artists do realism in general. My brain doesn't work that way.

When I'm making icons there's often a point where my frames are at 400% the size for me to see it less like an imagine and just do some random things.
