Oh for sure! No doubht in my mind about it.

His favourite family members (and in his more confused state the only family he truly remembers) having a child together and naming it after him. Viserys II gets all the best presents.

No matter what The Greens try and do. Rhaenyra knows Viserys wanted her on the throne.

I feel bad for rheanyra right now because of the war she won't be stepping in kingslanding anytime soon most likely. So that means she will not get to bury her father or visit his grave and say goodbye.
