So so good. If anyone ever dares question Daemon's motives again, I'm just forcing them to watch 1x08. His love for his brother was so clear as well as his frustration with what has been happening. Just his general energy during the scene with Alicent...

I'm glad they kept the throne scene of Daemon picking up the crown and placing it back on his brother's head! I was ready to cry for them by that moment!

Same, it's so powerful and meaningful and truly shows that Daemon just loves his brother so much. I would've loved to hear Daemon's speech though.

It was absolutely perfect.

And it's not that anything was missing, I'm just immensely curious to what Daemon said that the throne room scene the way it was aired, was needed.
