Yeah, he can show more of that when he's with him. I don 't know if the fact of Eli and Evan being bff in real life helps. Aki can make him think about what he does and also look funnier. That's why I'm curious about them being roommates this season.

It could be that, but it would also be the writing too.

So why they can't do that more often, I wonder :lol: the not looking like childhood friends is already a general problem of this new GG, but when they have the luck of having two characters that are bff and then the actors are also the same in real life, they should use it. It could benefit both of them (well, Aki is already one of the most loved characters, so Obie would be the one benefitting from that the most).

I think the writers simply don't have material for Obie. That is the problem.

Outside of romantic stuff, yeah. And even in that case, I didn't see many people shipping him with someone, except for Jobie shippers and well Akiobie ones :lol:

If at least he had stuff with Aki. This season seems there will be some.

Oh I saw that! But I'm not sure they hung out together, maybe it was just him and another friend wearing his clothes. At first I even thought the other guy was Thomas, but then Evan tagged him and it wasn't.

Evan I think was in LA, when Eli posted that pic.
