I remember when those shirts were in fashion.

I love the effort Luke went to, to finding a Jeep the same as Lorelai's, so she could keep her old one, as well wanting to fix her bike up.

Yeah, those arm pads are pretty hideous. I can’t believe those ever were “in fashion”.

To this day Lorelai Gilmore remains my all-time favorite TV character. I love her so much!

Oh yeah, those scenes were so great. He tried so hard to make her happy, he even took the car for a test drive, he just loved her.

Yes, the fashion back then was a bit strange, but other clothes back then were so chic, especially the clothes Lorelai often wears, i wonder how people behind the scenes could get such an old-fashioned thing

I can only agree with you, Lorelai is also my all time favorite TV character, I love her so much, but Lauren is just amazing, she plays this role so perfectly, Lauren is just breathtaking.

I love Lorelai's outfits in the early seasons more. I do love her later season stuff too, especially the wrap dresses that Lauren pulls off so well, but I think some of the more questionable outfits are from the later seasons when it was the mid 00s and fashion then was.... often not good.

All Luke wanted was to see her happy.

Tbh, I didn’t care for most of Lorelai’s wardrobe but they fit her quirky character so I accepted them.

I agree about the flowers on that top.

Lauren was the definition of perfect casting 100%!

I loved her as Sarah Braverman, too, but Lorelai was IT for me.
