Oh Rachel, I love that way of looking at it as well! She meant it with all her heart when she told Luke she loves him. Because he's the ONLY man she's ever loved and the only man she will ever love like that

We see her be sort of vulnerable singing the song too. She's truly opening her heart, looking directly at Luke and saying those words, opening up through song and saying in front of the whole town. So its like she wants everyone to know she will always love him snd she's not afraid to say it.
