According to the TV Guide magazines listings for next week it shows 7-9pm on my WB channels as 'To Be Announced', so I have no idea if we're getting a repeat or a movie night next Tuesday [img]smilies/look.gif[/img].

(groans) Just read it, thanks for posting it here Jenna. You would've thought they could tell TV Guide that, but there are going to be quite a few disappointed people next Tuesday waiting for a new episode (i.e. those who don't have internet access and depend on TV Guide for programming decisions).

I knew they were going to do that! They just came back from vacation and filming again.. they are filming episode 14 and I'm not sure if 13 is totally finished yet and they have to have 4 episodes already filmed before showing a new episode. Since they left us on episode 9 and the new episode will be 10, they need episode 14 finished.

That sucks! Oh, well, I guess I may sit through Austin Powers. Maybe!

January 20 is Mr.Jennarose's birthday so I probably won't even see it that night. On the other hand, I haven't even seen episode 9 yet so this gives me extra time to watch it.

I'm thinking it has something to do with UPN premiering the second "America's Next Top Model" season next week at 9 and WB knowing that OTH's ratings would dive due to all the teen girls tuning into the first night of "ANTM". This despite the fall cliffhanger that made sure all the viewers would come back after hiatus. Combine that with GG being behind episodes and it seemed easier to take a mulligan for the night and air a movie than get routed by UPN.

TV Guide's resolutions

Emmy will check out Gilmore Girls. Obviously, the members of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences have been unable to do so up until now. There's simply no other reason that the most winningly witty and winsome dramedy on the air — not to mention its ensemble of heavyweight banterers — has yet to put a statuette in its trophy case. But we'll bang that drum again in a few months when we begin making up our annual Emmy dream ballot. Go, Lauren Graham! Go!
