thank for answering anyway...
i was just hoping...i wonder if now, with the revival (let's hope it's good, but with ASP, you never know...), it would be back. right now i have some of the links back with the waybackmachine.org, (https://web.archive.org/web/20101122....net/index.php) but it's not much. i can't log in of course and a lot of authors have pulled their stories...i was trying to find stories by an author called Filo on BWR and filo77 on ff.net...but i got maybe two or three back...there were a lot more...
and yes i so miss this site!

I'm slightly depressed that the only link in the bio that works is Fanfiction. I kind of wish whoever started Black, White & Read would've come back or at least tried to recover their site with the revival news. Technically Archive of Our Own could now be added, there's 924 Gilmore Girls stories on there. And Virtual Gilmore which has been around for years ofc.

I've started to re-watch the old seasons because of the upcoming Revival and really got into the GG-mood. I was so sad to find out that B,W&R has been deleted. They had the best stories, many of which couldn't be found on ff.net.

I know. I feel like i've read every single Luke/Lorelai story on Fanfiction (I skipped so many because the writing was awful) so I went hunting for BW&R and now wish I took advantage of it in its day.

Yeah, I find that's it generally full of amateur writers (more-so than Fanfiction). Most of the people on there don't seem to have betas.

Resisting Defeat » The story starts at the scene where Rory visits Chris at his office. I thought a start there would build an interesting back story to that scene, maybe about where Chris is at with his feelings about Lorelai and how things ended as well as the broken relationship between him and Rory. I'm #teamluke but I think there is a story here worth telling.
