I just read this and I really like it. I started following him on Twitter a little while ago and I am loving his tweets. Very introspective.

I must admit, it took a while before I was actually open to his existence. So weird, how I really could not stand the guy, simply for the reason he 'is' Christopher.

It's so funny to me, reading back on early posts in this thread from years ago, how people were really genuine fans of this guy when he is who he is and we know what we know of him now, from news that surfaced about him and from what he spreads on his social media accounts.

Being that I have only part of the GG fandom since January of this year, when I started watching the show, my first knowledge of Sutcliffe was the news that came out about him, supporting the capitol riots. Then reading that he's against women being in politics, runs some wacko cult that's branded as a self help company, sent inappropriate messages to a GG fan who was a minor and is a major anti-vaxxer..... I'm just grossed out by him and actually feel bad for people who are fans of him (hopefully no longer are) and supported him for all those years. Because he was probably always like this, but it's only now this stuff has come out about him.

I was watching some of his instagram videos last night and damn, this guy is so toxic. His anti-vaxx views are gross and harmful.

I'm so, SO glad that Scott Patterson canceled the interview they did with him, for his podcast. The producers and him, obviously received a lot of emails and comments about how toxic Sutcliffe is, they not knowing, but they looked into it, actually listened to fans and scrapped the interview. That would have been a very poor look for the podcast had they gone ahead and released the interview.

It is sad that a man who is as misogynistic as he is and has these toxic and harmful views, is associated with a show about strong women. And sadly he always will be, being that he played Christopher.

At least Christopher is mostly hated by the majority of fans.
