i cant even tell if i love the book or show with them more anymore so many more moments in book but the chemistry is insane on the show!!!!
i agree hehe and they chose a hot actor to play mal which helped too but nothing can beat ben barnes oh god i love so bad when the darkling asked mal to tell something about alina and gives alina her fav flowers and man the stand offs btw mal and an darkling  i like they call him aleksander too on show but the book uses darkling so much i cant see him as anything else!!__________________

It's honestly such a powermove.
 Like ok sir, we see you and your seduction techniques. Oh man, just the concept of The Darkling in the books is so wonderful. I get why they wanted to change it in the show so it has more impact but I can't think of him as Aleksander.  It's like I try to tag everyone by their given name on tumblr, even if people go by nicknames and I'm pretty sure he's the only exception because I just can't. __________________

but also showed how much he cares for alina too hehe  yeah like i agree with u i feel weird strange tagging him as aleksander instead of darkling he will always just be the darkling to me hehe i need them to announce season 2 has been renewed already i love picturing the actors playing darklina while im reading the books its just even better __________________
