Polin fics That's all I've been able to read ever since the season ended, but truly, I hadn't been reading anything at all before that, it's like my pleasure for it had just vanished. Of course depression probably played a huge part in this.

Anyway, I'm on medical leave now and will probably have to go back to my hometown to see the neurologist again. The new medication he prescribed made my depression so much worse, he will have to change it. I hate this so much, because I was making such good progress and now suddenly it's like I'm back to square one again

Okay, I deactivated my Twitter account. Second day in a row being attacked by someone simply because I asked a question. That's just crazy behavior and people may think social media means nothing, but I actually feel really ****ty when I'm treated like that, even if there's no face or name to link the mean tweet to.

I just wanted a nice fandom to interact with and have fun, at least online, since real life has sucked for a while now, but it just wasn't worth it.

Twitter is incredibly toxic, people think they can say anything bc they're anonymous. If it was affecting you it's for the best you're out of there!

I'm feeling a bit better after talking to my mom today. Not about the internet, lol, but about my depression, medication and everything...I hadn't really had a chance, or rather the guts, to be more open and vulnerable with her before and that was not doing me any good. Asking for help or accepting it can be so hard sometimes, even from those we love

I agree, but after you can talk with someone you trust it can feel freeing, right? that's great you could talk to your mom
