I didn't read the spoiler before but I did have a feeling with that scene and then coming onto socials it seems true.

Im kinda sad about it, they arent staying to true to the books , as I was looking forward to it

Me too. Michael is my favorite book boyfriend and I just need to mourn that he won't be on my screen.

Yes, I'm not happy about it either. I haven't read the books, but I had read a summary of Francesca's story and was already intrigued by it and I even imagined it in my mind (I'm not sure how the pregnancy thing could work out now).Plus I got very interested in her character as a whole since the beginning of season. All of these, made me to look forward to Fran/Michael so much (even though I do like her with John as well). I can imagine that for the fans who actually read the books or are hardcore shippers, it must be much worse.

I am sad we won't get to see her and Michael but I'm also excited about seeing her and Michaela.

I was shocked though that they did change a main couple.

Hugs to all of you sad over it. Hopefully this is something y'all can grow to enjoy even if missing Michael.

Perhaps Francesca could have kids with John? I don't know, I haven't the books, so I'm not disappointed because I didn't have an attachment to anyone in this storyline previously.


I understand those who were disappointed, though, I hope with time to process the idea of the new story, it grows on you and you stick with the show
