It's November! Let's see where this month takes us.

saw the ortho doc today. said I have a high ankle sprain. which means I sprained my ankle in two areas. gave me a boot to wear. said it could take up to 6 weeks for it to heal

That sucks... But at least you know how bad it is... And then it can hopefully only get better from now on...

How long do you need to wear it...?

they said it can take up to 6 weeks to heal. I go back on the 22nd for a follow up to see how its healing.

Wow, thats a really long time, but hopefully it is healing like it should...

yeah it looks a lot better. still very sore and slightly bruised but nothing like it was before

Oh, wearing a boot is no fun. Clunky, for sure.
