I was thinking of this too! I was trying to remember exactly what he saw but I remembered him seeing spirits-it was Aang on Fang! He's definitely always been really in touch with the spirit world.

It was nice! It was cute to hear he had a relationship with Aang's kids before he ended up in the spirit world. And his advice did help Tenzin figure out what to do!

It goes to show he kept in touch even after all the madness settled down after the war and stayed close with his nephew's bestie

His advice sounded super mysterious at first (as per usual
