Definitely! I think Iroh lives in the Earth Kingdom so maybe he was there to do it initially and then Mai took over

It was spot on how Zuko wanted to go to Iroh for help when he was struggling in The Promise. But kind of sad it seemed like he didn't want to burden him.

I liked how in The Search Iroh stepped up to be interim Fire Lord while Zuko went to go find his mother
