He's a very protective father! But you're right I think this is the most worked up and aggressive that we've seen him.

Definitely! Luckily he found his calm and inner strength in the fog and had a heart to heart with Aang that saved the day! Well no the day was doomed

But it helped him find Jinora and his siblings

Yeah that was a nice heart to heart where Aang assured Tenzin that just being himself is enough

At least he found Jinora and his siblings but yeah I don't think there was any saving that day
