As you can see I stuck with the previous thread title for this current 1 to begin it. I'll post some more images in here when I get the chance to.

SM is so retro, i never saw a full episode but i remember being a kid and the series being shown around the weekends during the late 90's & early 2000's; I remember thinking that it looked fun but a bit too girly for me so i decided to continue getting stuck with Pokemon or DBZ instead.

It's interesting enough I think. I mean it's a superhero team that searches for a a princess & Silver Crystal. Usagi does cry, but overall I think people of almost all ages could enjoy watching that Anime.

all 3 of them are so funny in that gif

looking back, Sailor moon in the 90s, i like it because girls were at the center of the story. and of course, the magical transformation and the superhero theme as Matt pointed out. younger me like the girl power of it all. it also has some silliness and funny moments of a teenagers' lives. we often forgot the characters were 14 at the beginning of the story.

I can recommend both sailor moon shows, but the old one is really long and has lots of filler episodes. If you don't have that much time try sailor moon crystal. It's really good too and drawn by the woman who also did the manga.
