All right. I saw ''Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence'' in 2004. It is more of a detective noir story than cyberpunk.

I think most anime movies age well tbh, even those from the 80s or 90s, let alone the 2000s.

yeah it is still set in a cyberpunk world.

blu-ray editions do help reduce the aging. sometimes they update it a bit for the release.

hmm i want to see Ghost in the Shell 2.0 to see the update they made from the original

this week i finished Ghost in the Shell S.A.C. 2nd Gig. it was a bit slow at the beginning of the season but overall it was enjoyable. i still prefer Stand Alone Complex.

my next Ghost in the Shell on my list will be "2049 season 2". maybe in the upcoming months. right now i'm trying to catch up on other shows.

It is pretty good thus far I think. It has Motoko trying to track down a mastermind of a bombing & also attempt to learn more of her past.
