Manga. The original ''Ghost in the Shell'' Manga ran from April of 1989 & ended in November of 1990.

I was wondering bc you mentioned of not knowing of the manga or manhwa when growing up, so i was confused.

Oh yeah, but manhwa stands for a korean version of anime whle manga means a japanese comic book. But they sound very similar.

I still have "Ghost in the Shell 2.0" to watch on DVD if you remember that film. I'm curious what if anything is better of it than the 1995 "Ghost in the Shell" movie.

Good. I'll catch it perhaps next month or in November. There was news last week that ''Ghost in the Shell'' is going to be remastered in 4K & that the new version will be screened in IMAX across the U.S.
