ahh i think that's from the Ghost in the Shell Arise films. sadly i never got the chance to see it.

"Ghost in the Shell: Arise: is not currently on HBOMAX or Netflix that I have seen. It is available on Crunchyroll & Funimation though. Do you think think that you'll eventually watch this? I do plan to see each of the "Ghost in the Shell" Anime that I have to watch.

I only watched the classic film, but never the seuqel films nor the arrise show and film or the ghost in the shell stand alone complex series. Are any of those good.
