I'm prwtty sure those don't exist in real life tbh. Anyway, in this case I'm pretty sure her eyes are patially artificial, as most parts of her body. She has an artificial skeleton and muscles and also skin, just her brain is mostly real. Her skin can also act like a chameleon and make her invisible.

But i assume they're just for fashion purposes and don't have actual functions.

I think that it's a new technology, but they are implanted to replace ''natural eyes''. Scientists are I believe still exploring them.
