Because managers and us MSTs would have to keep monitoring inactive boards for no reason. So if no one is interested in posting at a board anymore (which is demonstrated by the post counts), it closes.
We are at danger of closing because in January (or December, can't remember) we didn't meet the minimum number of posts to remain open. So we were given a chance to do better  |
