Great thread and I love the title. Hee. What would the show be without our desk clerks? Randi and her Cosmo, Frank and his snark...Jerry...Timmy..I am still blanking on Eray, but :sigh: Love them. And I have a quote. :D

Ha ha I had to come here just to say I literally chuckled out loud for this title.

I do try my best.

Frank has had some truly inspired comments over the years.

I didn't start watching ER until I came to college (i.e. season 11) and now I'm catching up with my friend's DVDs. I must say Randi is a trip! :) She's great. Frank has his moments, but Randi and Jerry are my favorites. (And happy birthday to Abraham Benrubi!...I happened to have just looked at the birthday post...)

Randi is a total trip, lol. Love her and Jerry, too, but I will always be partial to Frank.

Last night I watched an episode and this quote had me laughing for the rest of the episode:
