I think one of my fav guest stars has to be Ewan McGregor in season 3. Such an amazing episode. |

I didn't know that Ewan was in "August: Osage County" before I saw it this evening, so it didn't occur to me until the film was starting that both Ewan and Julianne Nicholson had worked with John Wells on ER (Julianna played Abby's psych patient in Season 10).

Nasim Pedrad was pretty much a glorified extra as a nurse from random sections of the hospital, she has now become a "Saturday Night Live" MVP for the past few seasons. That has to be so special for her to be a part of two of the biggest shows in TV history.

I never realised that was Nasim on ER. Very cool.

I think being on ER helped Kyle be more normal than some of the other real housewives. Because when you are on ER you show up on time, leave your ego at the door, know your lines and hit your mark.
As for now famous guest, Zac Efron was in Dear Abby as the kid who got shot. I don't know who was luckier, Maura, who got to hug/hold Zac or Zac who got to be held by Maura. __________________
