The medical case of the week sounds interesting though. __________________

Isn't Jaspreet a little old for Harold (and a little young for Morris? ). I just can't find a non-ridiculous romantic pairing for her among the cast.
I wonder if Neela will have anything interesting to say to Abby now that she's back from Rehab. __________________

She definitely seems older than Harold, but I think she's closer in age to him than Morris. Morris is in his thirties after all.
Well, if Abby's working the 12 steps, she at least should have something to say to Neela. Step nine is all about making amends. __________________

I could live without having to hear about Harold and a 'big night' in the same sentence at any time ever.

Jaspreet is hot. Neela is still hotter though. I'm starting to like Harold. I know what it's like to be bad with women. I can see a little of him in myself. I doubt "big night" means they did anything sexual though. I think they probably just got wasted together.

Harold's not legally old enough to drink and has been thrown out of Ike's once all ready for sneaking booze. I sincerely doubt getting a snoot full is on his agenda.

Oh, Harold! ♥ I don't feel he is going to get either booze or sex... I just hope the confidence he gains is for real.

I could do without hearing Harold and sex in the same context. Like, ever. Cause, I'm reminded of him asking Neela for pointers earlier in the season and I just -- *shudder* The poor woman. How humiliating to go from a surgical resident with promise to a baby sitter for Doogie Howser.

Yeah, after what happened to Ray and getting trampled, Harold is just one horrific experience too many for Neela.

Neela hasn't really had any experiences at all this season (other than having her internal organs put back together). I sure hope she gets to do something "real" soon.

First of all, let me just say that now that Harold has gone through his rights of passage, I hope there is some level of maturity that develops in his character instead of the continuous bombardment of silliness/goofiness we've come to see.
The Jaspereet character was totally useless and seems to have only been there to satisfy the lustful appetites of Harold and Morris. Perhaps, "Jazz" was a reflection of Neela herself this season considering that Neela has become the most uninteresting character this season(that pains me to say because I really love Neela). Once again she had nothing to do but witness Harold naked in the shower and play hockey with those jokers in ortho. Ray can you please come back and rescue this poor girl? I didn't really connect with the story with the scarred music teacher and the drunk. However, I did notice that Gates is becoming uninterested in the chaplain. He seems as if he doesn't buy into her pseudo-philosophies and actually seems turned off by them. It will be interesting to see how Gates and Sam's relationship blossom next week. I really liked Abby and the little girl's story. The little girl's story of keeping her disability secret and not asking for help was a good parallel to Abby's story with her alcoholism. The song she sung was beautiful as well and seemed to give Abby some confidence. I was also proud of Abby admitting the truth to the staff. I guess that was her version of being in an AA meeting. I look forward to see how her and Luka's story ends. What was up with Sam and her attitude towards Abby? I'm glad Neela and Abby made up although it wasn't very convincing. But I'm happy anyway. I liked the episode a little bit but it was pretty much average. Nothing really stood out. Last edited by G-UNIT; 01-10-2008 at 09:32 PM |

I also noticed Sam's nasty reaction to Abby.
Abby hasn't exactly been a stellar person lately, so I can empathize, but Sam had no idea what was going on, so what was with the snark? Oh well, whatever. I'm sure we'll see more of that coming to play. It's just odd, though, since not too earlier on Sam had actually sought Abby out to offer an ear, and then she totally turned around on her at the end. I liked that Neela had more of a role in the episode, even though it was mostly comic relief. I wish she hadn't taken Abby's apology so easily, but then again, that's Neela's M.O. I'm not surprised. It was nice that they addressed it at all, really. How funny was it that Neela opened the shower curtain TWICE to look at Harold? Goofy, but it made me laugh. She was great on the roller blades, too. The patient stories were interesting, but I agree, this wasn't the most interesting episode they've done. I still felt it revolved more around the patients, which is nice. It was nice to see Pratt and Neela offering their love to Abby despite what she's been like lately. Ah, well... one more to go... the last one looks pretty good, so I'm looking forward to next week. __________________
