Had a doctor's appointment. He was happy with a lot of my progress since the last visit. Always happy feeling to make the doc happy.

Got a new water bottle. It's 64 oz/2000ml. Let's see if I can actually drink this once a day like I'm supposed to.

Meh, no fun.

I will get headaches at times, but it's usually dehydration or sinus related.
