I saw it few hours ago and I just love this show so much.

I will write down more thoughts about the episode when I get home today.

I didn't feel like posting much last night
But I loved the ep!

Maddie and Chimney look like they're doing good.

John Harlan Kim playing Chimney's half-brother? Cool. I loved him in The Librarians.

I love these family moments.

Loved the ep
I do like Chim's half brother
looks like we won't know why Chim's nickname is Chimney any time soon
only complaint was all the Buck and Eddie stuff but that's only because I don't care for the ship

My thought of the episode:
  • ALL THE BUCK & EDDIE SCENES! I just love how well they work together and how close they are both work and personalwise. The way they always need to be around each other is just everything. And that Buck feels so at home at Eddie's house that he doesn't see himself as a guest there. The show just keep us giving these moments and I don't want them to stop.
  • I love that the episode was about Chimney and seeing how he finally accepted that his dad would never care and that he already has the family he needed. I also love that Maddie was so supportive to him too.
  • Who told Maddie to put water in the meatballs?!? That is a big nono. Never water. Milk and eggs works so much better.
  • The small love story with the two guys was so funny and cute.
  • Albert was very cute. Hoping we see more of him. I love that Buck and Eddie pretty much adopted him.
  • Hen and Karen are foster parents now. And Nia is so damn cute.
  • Not really liking that Michael chose not to have the surgery. I think this was a bad call and I have a feeling he will get worse. I adore the scene he had with May though.

The ending put a huge smile on my face. Well, minus the Grant-Nash family.

HEN AND KAREN. HIGH FIVE! BABY!!!

Buck and Christopher background with Albert. Also, it's Eddie's home. Buck ain't no guest.

Michael....Oh boy. *deep breath* He should have been getting his life and will together before a big surgery and event like that. And my mom and I had multiple talks, especially before her transplant on what would happen and things. It's being responsible. We'll see how living his life will work for him. It just terrifies me. And hopefully there is still a chance later for surgery if it's needed.

MADDIE AND BUCK. OMG, I love their relationship. I love that Maddie was all...I left him, but ran towards Buck. She went to her brother. Because that's what family does.

Chimney. Such a great episode to get to know more of him. Also, we'll never learn his namesake. it's really rough. I wanted to cry over drunk!Chimney and his words. (Of course it would be Buck going after Albert. I'm sure he feels some of that.) But a good talk with Maddie helped him get that maybe things aren't so peachy for Albert, too. There has to be a reason you'd leave your parents and home country and go halfway across the world. Also, learning more about his growing up.

Really enjoyed that his "parents" came over and Maddie was nervous to meet them. YES!

Also, family is family is family. That's what the 118 is! And there were a lot of people at Eddie's. So we get to see more background peeps at the station house.

I missed this show. And it does a great job of connecting their work and life balance.
