Yes despite the fact that Geralt and Yennefer's destinies are tied together because of Geralt's last wish, but it has been implied in the books that their relationship is actually based on true love and Yen changed Geralt

I won't spoil anything, but let's just say that if you love Geralt & Yen together then you won't be disappointed
