I think the quick change in weather was to blame. We went from 98 one day, to 45 the next. Then it bounced up 10 degrees, and now it's back to summer again.

So our bodies are like why??

Plus with it being the start of cold and flu season, it's not uncommon at this time of year. I ate some soup, and some hot cinnamon tea. That helped my throat pain a lot, but still just feeling crappy.
