Another solid sleep granted 10:30pm to 3am but again don't think I got up middle of the night once :shrug: so to me that's a win

Im still not sleeping well :(

I saw the ortho doc today about my shoulder. apparently the cortisone shot he gave me last time was the trick. cuz my shoulder has been so much better lately. im able to do the arm exercises he told me to do without being in so much pain. said im still not 100% and I need to keep doing my exercise so that I can continue to improve.

saw my pcp doctor yesterday and she told me that she wants me to get my eyes checked cuz that could be causing some of my migraines. and she is sending me to get a CT scan of my sinuses cuz ive been having so much congestion lately and having problems breathing through my nose. last time my doc tried to have that done on me the insurance denied it. so :fingers_crossed: that it gets approved this time around.

Messed it up yesterday :headslap: slept off and on between 6pm and 6am approx :headslap: hip was bugging me during and after shopping with sister

Well had acheness where called it a day around 3pm but didn't actually sleep until 6pm to 7pm and slept until just before 1am :shrug: considering slept almost 12 hours previous night :thud: So just gonna see how things go

glad you know when to give your body a rest. hope the achenes goes away soon for ya

Am better :bubble: working on sleep still but think after last night :fingers_crossed: should be good - but its the darn weekends :shrug: don't know what it is about them but lately just get partly into the day and than just unmotivated :headslap:
