I don't know how much they're in the public eye as I don't follow the family that closely. I wouldn't explicitly include them (in the title or OP). It can obviously go into this thread if RDJ or Susan talk about them, but otherwise I'm not sure? Just my personal opinion. Children are always a touchy thing on the internet, especially if they're not actively in the showbizz themselves (which I don't know if they are).
