It probably is very effects heavy....maybe some type of monster or ghost that's CGI? Or some type of disaster hits Horseshoe Bay.

Well, it probably doesn't hurt that it was Larry Teng's episode and he's an executive producer. So maybe he just wanted the money to make his episode look better?
