"Winning" News & Discussion: Because victory is only real when shared
 OFFICIAL WEBSITE Winning is an original screenplay written by James. James also stars as the lead character in the film.  I finally had the time to start this thread. It may be a while until we have more information, but since James has released the official website for the movie I thought we should start a thread  There are tons of great pics on the website so feel free to bring some over for discussion!__________________

From what I gathered he didn't actually film the whole movie, he did the training to completely understand the character etc: research purposes.
I'm hoping I'm wrong on that count, but that's the impression I had  |

oooooh, i get it.
...but those pics................the seem like they're from filming.  unless that's heather i don't think so though. that seems staged like for the movie.  __________________

Oh... I don't remember seeing that one!
Yeah, that looks more like a film still... I don't know, now I wonder if it is indeed filmed, will he be promoting it around festivals? |

Ah! Don't even tease me with the thought of Katie playing his love interest in this movie. Now that's all I'm going to be hoping for.
But you know what?...I'd love to see Michelle take the part, too. Either one and I'm happy.  __________________

^^ I would love to see James work with Katie again to Maddie.
I wonder what James is doing with this project. He dose really look the part he could pass for a real baseball player easily.    I hope he get's this movie made But now I will be disappointed when Katie is not his girlfriend in the movie.  *is not an eternal optimist* |

Seconded. I'd love to see something on that page about what stage the project is in. It does look like it's being made, but then, they're only photo stills & you'd think if there was video footage, it'd be on the site, too
