That stuff is all null and void now. It's been replaced with deeper sorrow because Max killed himself to give her Rosa back. Idk how they plan to bring him back.

My brain is going to take a vacation from the finale, lest I get further agitated. It doesn't help that in current events, a major LGBT discrimination issue is coming up. I don't feel like a queer character who's bisexual IRL is getting screwed over. They could explore Michael and Maria without screwing over the gay stuff.
On that note, Echo could be explored without someone being brought back from the dead. It's weird and Rosa counts as the "Fridging the Female" trope, which is a wee bit offensive. She was an object or a trophy to Noah and he made Max think he needed to bring her back. Mainly to make things right with Liz. I wish he had understood that she didn't need him to do this. She was at peace with the choice the aliens made, even if her family will always be a target. Bringing Rosa back is bittersweet for more than one reason. Rosa will be seen as a demon or freak and the town will hate that poor family even more. She needs to tell him that as soon as they bring him back. __________________
