I am not worried about Malex getting screen time or coming together. I do think this may be the last season though

I believe Malex will be quite prominent. I do think Liz and the Pod Squad will be front and center, but Malex will most likely get the b storyline treatment.

Yeah I think the whole issue with Mr. Jones, the pod squad, Liz, and the big overall plot for the season will be plot A.
But Malex will be plot B and they will spend a good portion of time on bringing them back together and reuniting them. __________________

I would agree. Michael is a lead/main... his love interest which is predominately Alex will always have a big feature in this show
 Liz being the lead protagonist will always be heavily focused on and as the lead for this show... that is exactly how it should be  __________________

I wonder if they will do a small time jump or a big one. Like have Alex and Forrest already in a steady relationship, so that they can hurry with a break up and Malex?
Cause I can't see them sitting on their hands anymore when it comes to Malex. __________________

I am not to sure. I don't think they will wait long either way (Alex just starting out with Forrest or Alex having been with Forrest for a while now).. I think Malex will start heading for each other right from the very first episode

I'm expecting a lot of awkward interaction (not as much on last season opener) in the first episode. They will be more friendly, but there will be a lot of love between them, that's not being said and it will probably be filled with tension. Which will make thing awkward between them.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they jump things quite a bit, so they can do flashbacks every so often down the road. __________________
