I didn't mind that because I think the character had a restless "soul" and wouldn't be happy just staying still, but seeing that happen because apparently it was too hard to be around Ben made me sad. Like Han and Leia said when they were talking about it, they both went back to doing what they were good at to distract themselves.

Yes, it made sense for thr character to go back to what he was doing before to distract himself. It wasn't what I wanted but it made sense.
