I've got a better idea, instead of saving up for a vacation, save up for a dvd of blu-ray player and buy some dvds or blu-rays. Then you don't have to watching just crap all the time.

DVDs always annoy me for having to put the thing in and out and into a case, plus there's the setting up of the player. Too much fiddling for me.
