In real life, they would definitely be toast. But this is not real life so I wonder if the writers are breaking them up for good or tearing them apart to build them back together once Grace realizes what is happening or once one of the kids get in trouble? I guess we will see as time goes on.

Hmmm. Writers pressured to make a "fall finale" and had to have something BIG happen...idk if Grace can be redeemed or if Ben and Grace should stay together. It will be interesting to see where the writers go with this.

It’s also that Ben has to sacrifice everything to go on this hero’s journey with the Callings. Now he is where Michaela was in the Pilot.

It’s definitely the adult Stone siblings story with Cal as a key. So whether Ben and Grace her back together depends on if the writers think that is Ben’s ending. Or if he moves on to someone else.

for the first time I really liked them together as well. I felt like they were a real team while they were looking for Cal and I really liked it that Grace finally tried to understand what Ben and Cal went through.
