Not going to be able to stay up to watch tonight, my sister is expecting a delivery tomorrow and I'm the only one that's going to be home during the day, staying up until 4 when I have to be up before 8 isn't something I can justify to myself.

I commend Ben for being so understanding regarding the Danny situation. But it hurts him still. He doesnt need to see Danny. And as I said in the other thread, I dont have to see it. i understand they have a bond. It's ok. Just dont rub it in my face and Ben's lol

I really like the heartbeat thing with Mick. And the case tied into it. I am glad it gave her some "relief" at the end

I just find the whole Ben/Olive situation so sad. Ben is trying to reconnect. He even texted her while he was in the lecture hall. But she has been shutting him down out of some loyalty to Danny. Maybe that talk in the kitchen after she did not text him back will help her understand the kind of unconditional love he has for her that he will let her have that bond with Danny even though it hurts him.

Danny’s behavior is so ugh. Why did he get out of the car to go up to see Grace? He could have just dropped Olive off. And right at the time when Ben would be getting off from work. Or maybe even already home. And then the way he made it sound like Ben left them on purpose. I find myself rooting against him because he comes across as not respecting boundaries. I am not so invested in Ben/Grace for themselves as much as just hoping Grace does not go back to Danny even if they split because I do not want that kind of behavior rewarded.

The scenes with Jared, Michaela and Lourdes were awkward but reminded us that the 3 of them have a long history together. Much like the Ben/Olive relationship, the Lourdes/Michaela one breaks my heart because their is so much loss and feelings of betrayal. Honestly I wish they would both get rid of Jared romantically so they could be best friends again.

The scenes with Michaela chasing the heartbeat and finding out Carlos had Evie’s heart were so beautiful. I loved when she told him that she was rebuilding her life brick by brick even if she was not there yet. Her comforting Beverly was beautiful. And after seeing how she found the junkie, Jared is now a believer which can only help their investigation.

Cal and Ben had so many wonderful father son scenes. And I loved watching Ben doing the whole spy thing. I was not crazy about his keeping it from Grace, but after last week, I can understand why he did. Fiona is a bit creepy and I don’t know if I can trust her. The showdown with Vance was fun and suspensful, and I like that he really wants to do the right thing. The mystery of the airplane is really starting to take off.

Loved the little sibling scene by the refrigerator at the end of the show. Ben and Michaela are by far my favorites and watching them become closer is my favorite thing about this series.

you can always see Ben's efforts to reach out. I know he doesn't fault Olive but somehow I hope his efforts are reciprocated
