I'm just confused still. They're not the first show to remove a main character a few episodes in but I just don't feel like its the last we'd see of Niko or the relationship?

It looks like Mel is falling for Jada, but then I couldn't tell who Niko was photographing? I think it was Jada? We then don't know why... or if Niko has any idea who Mel is... so many questions that 20 second scene left us with   __________________
