yay a new episode :woot:
oh the picture they looks so cute  |
Somehow I don't think simply not restoring the power of three will save the sisterhood :look:
An Elder is still alive? Ah ok she just walked away one day, as you do... she's gotten around supposedly... is it wrong that I don't trust her? Like them trying to stand up for themselves. Shame it didn't work Macy's fear/reality isn't surprising. Nice twist that her mind strips Abigael's demon powers. We know that would never happen. Oh look - still not true Maggie feeling like a child :( of course she also fears males walking out on her too Harry to the rescue... or at least hopefully Mel I didn't expect. Wonder why she fears getting locked up. Although I guess that does make sense. Especially her desire to save the world that it reaches Harry wanting to sacrifice himself for them all :sigh: love that that worked I was going to say how are they still broken. Glad it did work. Love their talk & getting back together/mending things I take it what they used as 'power of three magic' is a bit like 'the power of three will set us three'? Obviously we know there's at least one more ep as there's an episode airing next week (which also looks good from the promo), but that felt like a nice ending place. They could've just ended things up there, wrapping up some aspects of the season. Now I fear we've hit the build up run to the finish line that we're not actually going to get to since they've had to stop production :look: |
Havenf seen it yet :(

I still think that Elder lady is a bit shady. Even if she did have a good point to help the sisters by not letting their fears dictate their actions.
It was weird seeing Macy's fear, with Abigael and Harry married with children.. and them replacing Macy with Abigael for a sister. Maggie's fear makes sense as she had always felt like people were treating her like a child. I loved when the sisters finally got the power of three back. I'd also like to point out I loved their wardrobe. And Macy looked so cute with the earmuffs. |
That's it - she may have come from the right place, but she felt shady. Nothing redeemed her for me. She still felt shady or maybe we've just learned (between both shows) not to trust elders
The replacing Macy as a sister was really weird for me. But none of that fear surprised me one bit, it fit her perfectly I agree Maggie's fit too . Mel's was the only one which didn't feel right to me |
This was the first episode I've seen after just having discovered the show and binge watched it where I was a little underwhelmed by the conclusion. The monster wasn't all that deserving of the buildup--the one they discovered last week was scarier, they got the power of three back kind of easily and Harry forgave the Elder so easily. Maybe just because he's programmed to be good I guess. I agree with you that the Elder is still shady to me; I don't really think she's that sorry but I guess leaving them alone is probably the best thing she could do, rather than forcing them to do things as was her usual MO. But I guess after many episodes of not having their powers it makes sense it was just their fears holding them back. Loved Macy's nightmare (esp. Abigail wearing her red dress--I was like Hell No), the Witchfinder and the carnival rings.
