^I try to just work with caps/pictures in high quality. I can never work with pictures with very low quality. For this show (Business Proposal), I take screencaps using Print Screen in full screen as Netflix is nice enough to allow that + you can stop the video at the moment you want to make a icon of and all the info plus timeline will disappear after few seconds.

Was planning to make Hawkeye icons for this post too, but I was to lazy with dl the caps from screencapped.net and I couldn't find her scenes in HQ on YouTube. Also some scenes were very hard to color in this movie.
