I have no idea why the NCIS icons are so soft. I think it has something to do with the screencaps I took and the program I was watching the episodes on. It was annoying me but the comments in here make me like it more .

This looks better on a lighter background, sorry. I did not make the candle animation in this, it is an animation I have had for ages that I made black and white, cropped, and added a border too.

I made this last night and I still do not know what it is .
