I just saw what happened when I was able to get in range of free wifi. THAT IS HORRIBLE!!! I had a pelvic strain last year and it took me at least 3 weeks to get over it so I know that a pelvic fracture is no joke!!! Also saw that a lot of idols slipped on the stage and Solar fell during the red carpet. Yikes, SBS, what are you doing??

This thread explains it. But basically it was dark and she couldn't see through the tunnel and not know there wasn't any stairs.
I really hope SM sues them and SBS's apology was such a joke. They didn't even apologised to Wendy at all :mad: |

I think from a legal standpoint, SBS apologizing would be admitting guilt and a court case would be over before it even began if SM decided to sue. So while it seems incredibly heartless that they haven't apologized for what happened to Wendy (not to mention all the other slips and minor incidents) it's probably because the lawyers already told them not to say anything as soon as they heard about it. There were already other complaints about the shaky stage and SBS did not fix the problem so they are already guilty of negligence, but only if someone actually takes them to court. Otherwise, it just remains a bad decision.

I'm still trying to wrap my mind around this whole situation. It gives me chills. The injuries she sustained are horrific. I kept thinking what if she had fallen wrongly on her neck or something? It's just :eek: And the response from SBS is nothing short of evil. They're still trying to wiggle their way around it. Yes, Wendy will heal, but she will never be quite the same again. This is a life changing thing that happened to her. And it could have easily been prevented.

Oh trust me, I thought about the worst too. That's why they can't get away with it. When it's dark, any fall is terrifying and impossible to prepare yourself for. :(
