what rock have you been living under? just kidding... yes Zoe has a kid, she has 3 kids actually, I remember she was heavily pregnant during the press tour for the first GOTG movie in 2014, this photo was taken around that time. She had twins the first time, then she had her 3rd child presumably through a surrogate in 2017, all 3 of her kids are boys.

I didn't know the third kid was from a surrogate, no wonder I felt that child came out of nowhere. I was like, when was she pregnant? lol.

well there's no confirmation that her third child was actually born from a surrogate, it's just speculation because people noticed that her 3rd son just suddenly appeared out of no where and Zoe did not look pregnant at all at the time, so people have speculated that she used a surrogate to carry her 3rd son. However I don't think Zoe or her husband or anyone from her family has ever confirmed it though, which is why I said her 3rd son was presumably born from a surrogate.
